　　中新网6月9日电 题：鲁花公关损害金龙鱼商誉被捕 恶意公关为何屡曝？

　　由于撰写网帖严词攻击金龙鱼食用油，北京一家营销公司的策划总监郭成林因涉嫌损害商誉罪被深圳警方逮捕。案件已经在6月3日开庭，而值得注意的是起诉书中首次出现了“鲁花”的身影，郭成林所在的公司竟是在给另一家食用油巨头鲁花服务的。(《广州日报》6月8日)

　　正如去年“蒙牛诽谤门”中，蒙牛与当事公关公司所作的那样，鲁花集团及郭成林供职的北京赞伯营销管理咨询有限公司都做出了“划清界限”的举动。一场商业竞争中的恶意诽谤行为再次被定义为“个人性质”。作为一个大城市里的打工者，郭成林“无私”充当了活雷锋，冒着巨大的法律风险发帖点名攻击一家素不相干的食用油企业“祸国殃民”。

　　商业有道，商业亦有术，道与术本该是相辅相成的。不幸的是，中国一些企业却患上了嘴上谈道、背地弄术的精神分裂症。嘴上说“大胜靠德”，背后却磨刀霍霍向对手，精力不是花在产品本身上，而是花在整垮对手上。开口是时髦的“共赢”，转身是无所顾忌的陷害。所谓的“整合营销”，变成了整合多种渠道互相诽谤，各种耸人听闻的故事唬得老百姓战战兢兢。这种自以为能毁掉对手品牌信誉的做法，殊不知毁掉的是整个行业的信誉，最终也会害了自己。

　　本次事件中，恶意网络公关行为再次现形，亦暴露出公关行业规范和约束机制的缺失。目前公关行业的鱼龙混杂已是事实，网络公关更是乱象丛生。据统计，目前注册的正规网络公关公司超过1000家，而仅有一个网站或博客的作坊式公司则以万计，从业人员以数万计。这类人员素质往往参差不齐，略懂某个产业的大致流程，文笔通顺，能讲清一个故事，会套用“无耻”、“黑心”、“卖国”等字眼即可上手。开机即算上班，关机即算下班的低成本运行方式让其有恃无恐，甘愿为一些别有用心的公司充当打手。

　　这类公关公司的存在，一方面了扰乱正常的经济秩序，另一方面也正在动摇互联网健康发展的根基。作为一个虚拟世界，互联网存在的根本在于人与人之间的信任。我相信千里之外的你没有商业目的，没有私利，所以我相信你上传的一张图片，讲述的一个事件——正是这种基本信任的存在，才使互联网世界成为一个人人是创作者、人人是参与者的互动世界。如果每看到一张图片，每读到一条帖子，人们都要去怀疑和揣测其是否是公关行为，那么互联网将失去其活力，其在社会生活中发挥的监督作用更将无从谈起。 <div id=function_code_page></div><!--放大缩小字体功能--><!--放大缩小字体功能--><div class=clear></div></div><!--正文--><!--进入频道--><div style="TEXT-ALIGN: center;
