（i美股讯）美东时间6月29日消息，据华尔街日报网站报道，有知情人士透露，Specific Media同意收购新闻集团旗下社交网站Myspace。该知情人士指出，Specific Media将为Myspace支付3000万美元至4000万美元之间，新闻集团仍然会保持小量Myspace股份。

该项收购交易将于今天晚些时候公布。Specific Media 发言人没有立即就此事作出回应。
